- What kinds of places do you work with?
- Any local place that serves food or drink: restaurants, cafés, bars, bakeries, food trucks and dessert shops.
- Do you come and film?
- No. We work from photos and clips you already have, or can take on your phone.
- Is it really made by AI?
- Yes, and a person checks every video. The food, the place and the people shown are real.
- How long does it take?
- Five business days or less from the moment you say "that's everything" to videos ready for your review. You see the promised date on your dashboard.
- What if I don't like it?
- Say so. One revision round per video is included: text, music, or swapping a photo. And if the first cut is simply not for you, tell us within 7 days of the review email and we refund the batch in full; you approve nothing. After you approve a video it is yours to keep.
- Will this bring in more customers?
- We don't promise views, followers or sales. We promise finished, on-brand videos you approve.
- Who posts them?
- You do, from your own accounts; it takes a minute per video. Every delivery comes with a one-page guide: where to tap on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, when to post, and the AI label to switch on.
- How does payment work?
- Each batch is paid before production starts. The trial is a one-time $79. Starter is $249 a month, month-to-month.
- What is not included?
- Filming on site, running ads, replying to comments, and daily social media management.
- How do I sign in to TownReels?
- Enter your email and a one-time sign-in link is sent to it. There is no password to remember or leak.
- How do I delete my account?
- Write in through the feedback form and the account and everything referencing it is removed.
